Pennington County 4-H program welcomes new members

Tiffany Meyer, Pennington County's newly hired 4-H youth program adviser, officially started as the county's 4-H adviser in November, but she has been a familiar presence in the office for a year. Prior to accepting her new position, Meyer was in charge of the 4-H military youth program at Ellsworth Air Force Base. She also conducted a mentoring program at North Middle School.
